Hiring Criteria

• B. Pharm / D. Pharm/BSc (Pre Medical)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Coaching & Field Training in any capacity (1st Line Manager, Associate Manager, Member of Training Team)
• Successful track record with distinct achievements preferably in training assignments
• Passion for Coaching, Training & Mentoring

Skills & Abilities

• Complete understanding & application of Selling skills leading to prescription generation
• Demonstration of coaching skills in team meeting & training sessions
• Proficiency in English & local languages, ability to express thoughts in verbal & written communication
• Ability to work independently on assigned task with tight deadlines
• Basic know how of key Aspin products
• Willing to travel extensively & working in the field for long hours
