- B. Pharm / Pharm. D / BSc (Pre Medical)
- Minimum 3 years industry experience in Coaching & Field Training in any capacity (1st Line Manager, ASM/SASM)
- Successful sales track record with distinct achievements.
- Passion for Coaching, Training & Mentoring
Skills & Abilities
- Complete understanding & application of Selling skills leading to prescription generation
- Demonstration of coaching skills in team meeting & training sessions
- Proficiency in English & local languages, ability to express thoughts in verbal & written communication
- Ability to work independently on assigned task with tight deadlines
- Basic know how of key Aspin products
- Willing to travel extensively & working in the field for long hours
