Territory Sales Manager
We are expanding our team and offering a position where you can demonstrate your sales skills where you will be provided a platform to learn and grow continuously by using your experience to deliver our business objectives.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Responsible to achieve and grow sales progressively by using implementing brand strategies consistently and focus on key customers to ensure achievement of territory sales target
- Focus on customer retention by engaging HCPs efficiently with the guidance of Team Managers.
- Engage customers through effective pitch and product information.
- Maintain focus on Champion bricks, visit Doctors as per the plan and collect market feedback from allied pharmacies before calling on the doctors to protect market share.
- Build a strong working relationship with distribution staff in order to optimize the time and resources.
- Judicious use of provided promotional material in order to gauge HCPs attention and increase market shares of Aspin products
- Focus on targeted KOLs to gain a competitive market advantage, increase sales and improve brand image.
- Pharm D / B.A / B.Sc / B.COM / M.A / M.B.A
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Good English skills.
