Territory Sales Manager



Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible to achieve and grow sales progressively by using implementing brand strategies consistently and focus on key customers to ensure achievement of territory sales target
  • Focus on customer retention by engaging HCPs efficiently with the guidance of Team Managers.
  • Engage customers through effective pitch and product information.
  • Maintain focus on Champion bricks, visit Doctors as per the plan and collect market feedback from allied pharmacies before calling on the doctors to protect market share.
  • Build a strong working relationship with distribution staff in order to optimize the time and resources.
  • Judicious use of provided promotional material in order to gauge HCPs attention and increase market shares of Aspin products
  • Focus on targeted KOLs to gain a competitive market advantage, increase sales and improve brand image.

Must Haves

    • Pharm D / B.A / B.Sc / B.COM / M.A / M.B.A
    • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
    • Good English skills.
