Sales Manager – Gastroenterology



Location: Lahore and Multan


  • Build relationships with key decision-makers & KOLs in the Region in order to achieve productive sales.
  • Actively engage all stakeholders to solve business issues & roadblocks on the go to achieve organizational goals.
  • Develop an operational plan aligned with marketing strategy to escalate sales and new business development.
  • Actively develop a talent pipeline of sales leaders by identifying high performers. Motivate the team to perform and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor distributor’s market coverage & supply chain to ensure smooth deliverance and stockings of product in their area of work.
  • Build systems & controls to ensure productivity in the region and develop competitive strategies at the regional level to increase market share.
  • Implementation of SFE parameters for performance enhancement of Sales representatives and first-line sales manager.
  • Exercise Situational leadership model to inspire, motivate & manage the team of First-line managers.

Qualification: Pharm D / B.A / B.Sc / B.COM / M.A / M.B.A
